Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Robotics Engineer to lead core product development at the intersection of simulation, robotics, and AI. You will have full ownership of our simulation engine architecture and strategy, contributing directly to the future of high-fidelity robotics simulation platforms.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead the end-to-end development of robotics simulation tools—from design and implementation to scaling and deployment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning product development with the company vision.

  • Evaluate and adopt state-of-the-art tools in 3D simulation, synthetic data generation, and robotics.
  • Work closely with the CTO on technical architecture and system design.
  • Mentor junior engineers and help scale a world-class engineering team.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in robotics or simulation with demonstrated leadership and execution of complex projects.
  • Strong expertise in simulation platforms like NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Gazebo, PyBullet, or similar.
  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Robotics or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python and C++, with production-level software development experience.
  • Familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or related tools.
  • Strong grasp of first principles thinking and systems design.
Nice to have
  • Experience with LLMs, diffusion models, or multimodal AI systems.
  • Familiarity with synthetic datasets, 3D reconstruction, and domain randomisation.
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of physics engines, 3D modelling, or real-time rendering.
